Legal
Refund policy
Effective date: 24 October 2026
Short version: try Culprit free first. Pro purchases are final once your licence key is delivered.
All sales are final
All Culprit Pro purchases are final and non-refundable once your licence key has been delivered.
What you agree to at checkout
When you buy, you agree to this policy and to immediate delivery of your licence key. Where EU or UK law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, you agree that it ends once the key is delivered.
Try it first
The beta is free, and a free trial lets you try every Pro feature before you buy.
If your key doesn’t work
Email hello@findculprit.com with your order number and we’ll fix or replace it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
